Research & Insights
My research made it became clear that people wanted a simpler way to handle payments and track their transactions without confusion. The lack of clarity in transaction statuses and limited payment options were major pain points. These insights shaped the redesign, focusing on creating a straightforward, all-in-one platform for managing finances effortlessly.
Dashboard: The dashboard provides an overview of the total balance, recent transactions, and quick actions for common tasks like paying bills or buying airtime. Its clean design makes it easy to find important information at a glance, with privacy options like a balance visibility toggle.
Payment: The payment screen organizes various categories, such as utilities, flights, and event tickets, with clear icons for quick selection. This layout ensures users can access a wide range of services without unnecessary steps or confusion.
Transactions: The transaction screen displays a detailed list of past payments with filters for sorting by date, status, or type. Each transaction includes key details, with color-coded statuses for easy tracking and understanding.
Settings: The settings screen is designed to give users full control over their account, allowing them to update their profile, manage account limits, and access important features like notifications and security options. Clear tabs make it easy to switch between different sections, keeping everything organized and simple to navigate.
